Description: Sexual metamorphosis that merges complementary opposites to give birth to the creative force of life. Insects, such as bees, spiders, and dragonflies embody the natural continuum of life cycles, serving as pollinators, and weavers of the interconnected symbiotic network of life. Transmutation of one species into another is present in the magical realism of the indigenous collective wisdom. This series speaks on the sacred process of generating life and honors the ancestral sacred approach of sexuality of Indigenous peoples, free of moralistic taboos. In Andean cosmovision we understand life as the dance between opposites in an infinite spiral of time and space.
