Description: MMasculine and feminine, day and night, external and internal, the pair of opposites that through their loving encounter complement each other and give birth to the creative force of life. Revered in many cultures as the weaver of life, the spider spins the network of the infinite cosmos. This symbolism speaks of the sacred process of generating life and honors the ancestral Cosmovision of many Indigenous peoples. This piece has movement, the inner circle with the spider spins inside the exterior steel circle attached to the base. It has been exhibited with colors and patterns projected onto it while in movement.
